Hi, I’m Linzi! I’m a mum to three wonderful kids, a wife to an amazing husband, and a passionate baker who loves to make life a little sweeter. Before I started my cookie business, I used to run a cake supply shop and bake custom cakes, which I absolutely loved. After stepping away from baking for a while, life threw me a curveball when I was made redundant. But as it turns out, that was just the push I needed to get back to doing what I truly enjoy – creating delicious treats that bring smiles to people's faces.

Now, I’m back, baking my heart out and sharing my cookies with the world. Most weekends, you’ll find me under my pink gazebo at the cookie stall, chatting with customers, trying out new recipes, and having a good laugh along the way. There’s nothing I love more than seeing people enjoy my creations and making those little moments special.
