Shipping Timeframe
We offer a 48-hour delivery service for all orders placed within the UK. Orders will be shipped and delivered within 48 hours from the time of confirmation, subject to the cut-off times listed below.
Order Cut-Off Times
To ensure that your order is processed for 48-hour delivery, please place your order before 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates for 48-hour delivery are as follows:
- Standard 48-Hour Delivery: £4.95
- Free 48-Hour Delivery: On local orders within LU7 postcode over £10

We currently offer 48-hour delivery to the following regions:
- Mainland UK
Please note that remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time, and we'll inform you at checkout if your location qualifies.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real-time.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered within the 48-hour window, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, courier issues, or public holidays may cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team at linzimariecakes@ntlworld.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Delivery Issues
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to redeliver the next business day or leave a notification on how to collect your package. Please ensure that someone is available to receive perishable goods, as we cannot be held responsible for products left unattended or spoiling due to missed deliveries.

We bake all of our cookies fresh to order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All packages are carefully packed and sealed to maintain freshness during transit.
